AMAZING!!

Can I just say how much I love you guys! I work in shipping and receiving so i have much respect for a company that ships their product the second it is ordered. I know how much work goes into everything and I have to give it up. You guys are so fast and accurate it amazes me. I just placed an order on the 4th and it will be here today! INSANITY! This makes up for my dumb battery that is lost right now. I was seriously considering quitting the ecig route then this order came through fast as lighting. Now I have no choice but to use it right? The only thing that makes it sucky is I only have one battery so I use then charge use then charge, ANNOYING!! Plus I had to quit smoking for an upcoming procedure.

No one out there is like Volcano CS. I don't know if you guys breed your workers in a lab to be so frackin excellent or what the heck happened but what ever you all did, it worked! A+ to volcano!

I have to give credit when it is due. My last 3 orders this week were all absolutely perfect. No mistakes, no extras, no missing items...three in a row is a miracle. Shipping mistakes were my number one complaint regarding Volcano, but somebody somewhere read a rant and bonked a head or two and now they rock!

AND I finally got some business cards! I ask for them almost every order and have never seen one. Now I have a few!

AND FedEx delivered today, on a Saturday, b/c it was supposed to be here yesterday but Memphis had storms again.

Two thumbs up for the shipping department this week!
Kudos to FedEx for not making me wait until Monday!

Hell yeah they are. Shiiid... I once got a tracking number for an item I hadn't even ordered yet, LOL. I woke up not too far after, but I'm just saying... they really are great.

I'll chime in as well.
I've places 5 orders so far, all have gotten to NC two days after I placed the order.
Ordering something the 2'nd or 3'rd day of the week with other companies you know you won't have it before the weekend.

Unless you order late Saturday night like I just did, I am guessing my order will ship on Monday.
