anyone else ever have issues with USPS priority mail

I'm NOT a happy Camper Right now....I ordered 3 new Lava Attys and 2 Menthol Bursts on 5/19, and I STILL don't have them...I just ordered 2 more attys and am having them Shipped FedEx 2nd Day....Too Bad you don't offer next day....

I talked to Customer Service yesterday, and they said that USPS Priority could take 3-5 days....I used to send out shipments USPS Priority, and my customers always got their packages in 3 days, like clockwork, which is why I went ahead and got/paid for USPS Priority....I also spoke with USPS Cust. Service and they told me that I'll have to wait til Thursday before I can call them back on it, if I haven't received it yet.

Meanwhile, I'm jonesing for my regular vaping, I have an old atty here that has been at least giving me some vape, but no TH or good Flavor, and it sux. It's driving me a little bonkers, cuz I don't want to go get any analogs.

Ps...I will NEVER use USPS Priority Again after this....

FedEx next day is next to impossible out of Hawaii and that is the same reason it normally it takes more than 3 days on USPS shipping. I am on the east coast, small town, it takes 5 business days for USPS shipping. FedEx has always been 2 days as advertised. Hang in there, you should have your orders soon.

I have placed most of my orders after wednesday chats. Volcano has it in the mail no later than thursday and I get my USPS shipments in Colorado by Monday at the latest.

A couple times I have actually got my shipments on Saturday.

I give most of the credit to how fast Volcano gets the orders out.

Up until today I had no problems with USPS. Then yesterday I saw a package I was waiting for was "Out for Delivery" on the Track & Confirm site. I got home and... nothing. The rest of my mail was there. So I called them to ask, and they took my name and number and said they'd call me right back. Which they didn't.

This morning, I looked on Track & Confirm and it said "Delivery Status Not Updated." Not "Could Not Be Delivered" or "Delivered" (indicating it might have been delivered to the wrong address or possibly even stolen out of the mailbox). When I called them again, the person I spoke to was rude and condescending after telling me that it wasn't at the post office, and pretty much said that it must have been stolen from my mailbox. When I asked if it was possible that the mail person just didn't see the package to stick it in the mailbox and asked if it could still be in the truck, she said that they could get fired for that so they NEVER do it. She wouldn't even call the delivery person to find out if it was in the truck today.

Well, it was delivered today so if they couldn't find it at the post office, and it wasn't delivered yesterday when it should have been, it must have still been in the truck. Just sayin'...

I can't say I won't ever use USPS again for shipping, but I was disappointed with how they handled the whole thing.

It was totally still in the truck. That has happened to me before fo sho. A package that says 'out for delivery' and isn't in the box? They just overlooked it, it happens.

It's awesome that government employees like 'phone guy' can act like pricks and not have any fear of losing their jobs because it's just too complicated to fire them. You know, awesome for them, and crappy for us!

im having the same problem. it says they were electronically notified on the nineteenth....it is the 29th and still no packages. i bought this as a gift and the person is now fully back to smoking cigarettes...talked on the phone and there is now a case open with usps...but idk what they will possibly do if this package is lost. very worried about having lost my money.

This will get resolved, we will not just leave you high and dry, and out your money. If we say we did ship it and USPS has lost it. Then we just have to wait for the to admit losing it and then we will get you a new package sent out. It just takes the USPS a few days to figure out the case report, and find out where they may have lost it. Sometimes they find it and it was just sent to the wrong place. Just give it a little bit more time and I am sure all will work out. USPS drags their feet like a child in trouble.

lol so true. but we did call you guys the other day and they said they were reshipping the order so that's exciting not sure if we were supposed to get a new confirmation email though.

They should have sent you a new tracking number. If you didn't receive it I am sorry. I am PMing you your new tracking number now.
