anyone else ever have issues with USPS priority mail

I placed an order on March 20th, the tracker says" USPS was electronically notified by the shipper on March 22, 2011 to expect your package for mailing" but still no package and I am out of attys I contacted CS department the haven't been able to offer an help yet though I think this is a USPS problem................ just wondering if anyone else has had issues with USPS

Its a USPS issue 99% of the time... USPS is not true tracking and morre times then not the "Final Delivery " is where they scan it and sometimes in between... its a coin toss with USPS tbh

ya I don't think I will go USPS priority again waiting still waiting after 12 days is not worth saving $4

It seems as if USPS tracking information is ALWAYS a day or two late for me.

I know you say you have spoke with CS, I am guessing on the phone since I don't see any tickets for you in the system. Its not like us to leave you just kinda wondering where it is or if the issue is on our end or USPSs end. If you would, please submit a ticket with the problem and myself and Shadow Rhelm will look into this matter for you and get you solid answers and make sure you get your package.

no I put in a ticket, the said they talked to USPS and that the where waiting for them to get back to them

USPs has told me wrong information before though. I have had a package say it was in Oklahoma but it was in my mailbox. All in all they suck

I've seen both carriers lacking when it comes to updating the tracking info. Generally, if you don't receive it 5 business days after you order it, then you start worrying. If you get it before the tracking says you do, what's the harm?

Okay my bad, I found your ticket now, sorry about that I must have typed your name in wrong the time on the search for your ticket. I have set your ticket as urgent and added a note for the shipping department. So when they get in tomorrow they will see it first and look into it more.

Hey check it out, I found someone in shipping putting in some over time today getting the weekend order packed and ready for tomorrow. They heard back from USPS, but had not got to making a response to you yet. So I got them them to do it for ya. You should have an email awaiting you in your inbox.
