Personally, as a former 3/4 to 1-1/2 pack a day smoker, the Magma is gonna give you a much better vaping experience than the Volcano.
Not that the Volcano isn't dynamite in a small package. For it's size, I consider it truly impressive!

I want to thank all you guys for your responses. I think I will make my transition to the magma. It sounds a bit more my speed. Also when I saw some modifications on it they seemed alot more simple than they do for volcanoes. Not that it's rocket science lol. You guys are all great and it makes sense. I'm glad that I'm not the only one who experienced a little bit of frustration in the beginning. Thanks to all who took some time of their day to encourage a nubie.

This forum does help make the switch a lot easier. Just the fact that you can see problems other have had and if you run into a road block you can talk to people that have found away around it

Can you give us some more specifics about exactly what you are experiencing?
There are too many possibilities to address with only the information you have provided so far

So, tell us more about what happens....
Does the battery light up? Does it blink?
Does the atomizer get warm or hot when you touch the outside?
Do you hear any noises?
Are you getting any vapor or juice coming from the cart?

Couple of newbie questions, I am a new owner of the Magma and am extremely happy.I was just wondering if I just soak my atomizer in hot water will it clean it fine or do I have use some type of agitation(with an airpump ect) or is there another way to do it without having to buy any extra things. Also the cart caps that I got really dont fit on my carts, they are very loose fitting and fall off easy in my pcc, is there an alternitave to the cart caps that fit more snug on them? Thanks for the help.

1- hot water is a great way to clean an atty on a regular basis...alcohol and crest pro health are used when the atty's are gummed up...
2- did you push the caps all the way down...you have to push pretty hard..the magma caps go over the inner and outer carts. Try pushing until they won't go any more at all...not the first sign of resistance.
