The current scuttlebut out on the vaping streets is that dripping with a 306 atty is the ultimate vape...
especially if you are using a LR 306 atty.
Now when Volcano gets those INFERNOs and those 306s in, we are just gonna have to find out for ourselves, aren't we Dex?

Dripping the LR 306 has ruined me with everything else!!!
Battery life has been OK too since I only require a short draw. I love 'em so far.
September is ticking away!

Had to post here to say Thanks to everyone for the tips. I got my Volcano today, and had zero problems picking it up. Especially helpful has been the warning about the "break-in" period on new attys. (Wow, what an odd taste right at the first!)
And here's proof it never hurts to ask ... Considering two of my co-workers are allowed to use chewing tobacco in our office, I asked, and my boss is letting me vape in my office at my desk. In fact, he's thrilled I won't be going out for smoke breaks. As if I enjoy going outside on 100+ days and in the snow in winter - I'm a tech, my office is in one of the most climate controlled spots imaginable! Now how sweet is that?
Thanks again for all the tips. I'll keep lurking around and learning.

All that is needed to change a geek's habits is to get them a new gadget

What is the difference between the batteries in the Magma Kit and the manual ones that you buy extra?
Got my kit and just love it haven't picked up a analog cig since I started...
Any advise would be nice..

The difference is that the batteries in the kit are auto (activated by inhaling), whereas the manuals are activated when you press the button.

The batteries you got with your kit are auto batteries.
Autos are activated when you "Take a drag". This "turns the battery on" and the LED shows you that it's on.
I like them due to convenience and being able to hold and use more like a traditional cig
Downsides: a) Sometimes they are hard to draw and activate. b) Sometimes the opposite problem occurs and wind or loud noises can activate the battery.c) they have a hole in the threaded end that can allow the liquid to get into the battery and ruin it...especially when dripping.
Manuals are activated when you press a button. This gives you more control over when it is on or off and they are sealed (No hole in threaded end) so liquid can not get in if you flood the atomizer. can last longer.
Downsides: Not as similar a feel to smoking...can't hold in your hand the same way your used to or between lips or teeth. In public it can look like your smokin somthin' "Wacky"....a or a lefty as some might say.
I'm sure there is a thread that cover this better but that's my take on it.
Congrats on getting tobacco free!

True Shado...I have some old and new (V batts) so I get to have a choice! If I seem to be getting a hard draw with a new tech I can switch to an old one. If I'm going to be in the car with the window down I will make an effort to grab a New tech. Actually, all my Magma batts are the new style.
Thanks for clarifying.
