Ok ash thanks so much. My batteries do have minds of their own. Sometimes they blink sometimes they let me drag for an eternity but their inconsistent. I charge them witht he usb charger on my 13 in macbook so im gonna try to do the usb into the wall. Hopefully that will work a bit better.
Another question, Ive been vaping for a little over a week and ive been refilling the stock carts and to be honest they suck sometimes. My girlfriend and I use them juice refills and they vape great in the beggining then fade off pretty quick. Would blu foam or the ptb mods improve this? Quite frankly the polyfill is no good but it lets me vape in the meantime so i cant complain :p

Yes, the PTB or Blue Foam mods would fix this problem you're having with the stock carts.

Glad to see you're on volcano over shisha, because you were doing your body more harm than you think. Shisha is worse for you than traditional cigarettes, more tar and more nicotine plus longer smoking sessions equals bad for you. Only thing is that the water filter gives people a false sence of security. - Sorry
Anyway, Onto my NOOB questions
Is it ok to 'top off' batteries? I know this sort of habit isn't healthy for some types of batteries, but I just want to know if it should be OK for me to vape on it a bit then top off the bat for my next fix so as to always have a full battery. Currently I only have one battery and I don't like waiting the 45 mins or so to charge it up from dead cold. Also, how sturdy would you say the V-pack is? When I got it, I was pleasantly surprised at how solid it felt but I'm worried about it a bit. I used to carry my cigarettes in my back pocket all day, but I don't want to break my V-pack. Should I just break that habit too?
-Side notes-
the usb pack charger I got has an orange led (I actually quite like it, goes with the whole red/black/orange on the logo).
Day 2 and I'm already getting quite a bit more vapor, I've been rinsing the atomizer between flavors and the menthol flavor has not carried over to other carts.
When I received the package, everything was unopened but my battery, atomizer, and blank cart were loose outside of the volcano box (blank cart separate of the atty). So I was wondering if that's normal, or if the post office thought it was a bomb when they x-rayed it
I'll be ordering more batteries and atomizers as soon as I can, probably more since my girlfriend seems to love this thing more than me now!

Whow! Where have you been all my life....I can't believe I haven't tried this sooner...Ordered kit on a Thurs., received on Monday, started vaping and haven't smoked a analog since. I smoked for 37 years...tried everything to quit...this is a God send! I smell & feel better! The cartridges are not lasting me long...might get 5 to 8 good hits and then nothing. I take a extended paperclip and poke around inside the cartridge and maybe will get 2 or 3 more good hits with vapor? The battery life last about 1 hour and then I'm having to charge again...Any suggestions would be much appreciated.............. How do I can a banner?

Normal. Your atomizers will take time to break in.... Read page 1 of this thread. (cause I am too lazy after my 11 hours of work today to copy and paste it all! LOL!!) Alot of it also depends on how you are vaping too. There is a right way and a wrong way. Again, page 1 please.
Check this thread too! http://www.volcanoecigs.com/forum/viewt ... p?f=8&t=36

Small batteries = small charge. An hour of good vaping is normal as well. Once they have them back in stock, invest in a USB pass through. Also, stock up on batteries and atomizers. They will die, and you dont want to be left without. (I have 8 batts and 11 attys)
I think I got all of them for this round! Bring me more questions!!!

Just got my Kit today and I'm excited to give up my analogs for good. Just one question right now. I would like to sample some of the different cart flavors that came with my starter kit today, but i was just wondering if the liquids in the carts will dry quickly once the foil is broken. Should I wait until 1 cart is completely finished before i start a new one or is it ok to go ahead and try a few carts at a time?

It doesn't dry out THAT quickly, but it's best to finish a cart before opening another on.
Or you can go to the store and use one of the many 'cart caps' other members have posted to plug the cart and not really worry about it.

One more thing, also, your gonna want to give your a couple days to break in so you can actually taste the flavors. Once it's broken in you should rinse off the foil bridge on the atty with hot water so you don't taste any flavor from the previous cart when trying a different flavor.
