We are very sorry about all of this folks, we should have caught this before we sent any out. It was a mistake and we are very sorry for it. We called and told the supplier they sent us the wrong ones and they are sending the right ones out right away, so we should be seeing them in about a week. We are offering a refund or replacement if you do not wish to keep the DCC that you received instead of the SCC. Just contact our CS department and let us know what route you want to go. Please include or have ready your order number for the cartos as well as how many you want/need to replace/refund, and verify your shipping address.

You can start the process now if you want for the replacements even though we don't have them that way as soon as they come in we can ship out the SCC to you.

Refunds we can do anytime. I would suggest getting points over getting the charge sent back to your CC as it can take weeks for the CC company to process the refund after we send it to them. Points we can do right away.

I know me too I was so flippin excited when our FedEx guy came but the first carto I used I could tell something just wasn't right. I'm glad I have at least these until the correct ones come in but they still suck. What are you using your TT with the inferno or lavatube?

I saw the label and thought maybe it was just a mistake on the labeling so I filled it up and tried it, but even at 6v on the LT, it just wasn't working the way it should have been. so I blew the juice out and took it apart to confirm there were 2 coils in it.

I was going to order a few 1.5s, but I decided against it at the last minute. damn I wish I would have.

Hi Artist Boy no worries it was China's fault! I do have a question though, what about carto's we have already used can those be exchanged for the single coils when they get in? How will the replacements be shipped out? Can we provide our own shipping with the return? i.e. Can send a UPS pre-paid envelope for you to ship the single coils back with?

ehh... a 3.0 ohm DCC has 2 6 ohm coils in it... it takes a lot of voltage to get a 6 ohm coil running.

no, not at all. infernos can handle dual coils.

you just won't get the same vape from them as you would with a single coil because the resistance of the two coils is much higher. it takes more power to achieve the same output.

I am not sure on how they are gonna handle the ones already used. That is a better question for CS when you open the ticket or call them. Same for the UPS shipping thing. I am sure they would be ok with that, But I am not sure who fast UPS works out of HI, I know we decided not to use them a long time back for a few reasons but dont remember why now. I know one was their prices, but I think their time from HI to the mainland was longer. They might be able to work something out though.


As for using on the Inferno. you might want to do a pre vape hit. It takes a bit to heat up the 6.0ohm coils. SO press and hold the button for a few seconds before drawing on it then release and then press again and vape. That way you heat up the coils ahead of time and dont have to worry about hitting the cut off. Once you get it warmed up you should be able to take hits close together and not have to do the preheat thing, but if you let it sit for a minute or more it will cool down too much and need to be re heated for a good vape.

Okay thanks for the info. I was hoping it would be cheaper to use my companie's UPS account to overnight the replaments but I did an estimate and it's pretty spendy so I'll be sticking with FedEx Thank you for the tips I'm just about to take a smoke break

I got a 4ml Chrome TT a while ago and received 1.8mm hole 1.5ohm DCC. I got a couple replacements along with it, all with the bigger holes. That being said, I think it could be a bit bigger. Too much time/effort priming it imo. A lot of times, I'd do it the lazy way, and drip into it.
I think we should try going a bit bigger on the 1.5 DCC.

I just got a Black 7ml TT, +1extra 3ohm SCC -- both w/ bigger hole. -- Primes like a champ with the 7ml TT.
However, at the same time, I got 1 more 1.5ohm DCC, but it had the smaller hole... I think I'm may try enlarge it myself... or exchange it..
