Black 4ml Tube Tanks are back in with an improvement.

Black 4ml Tube Tanks are now back in stock an better than ever. We had the hole in the side of the cartomizer enlarged from 1mm to 1.8mm. This is just in the new Black 4ml right now, as we go through the stock on hand we will be changing all our cartos for the Tube Tanks both in the Tube Tanks and as replacements to the new 1.8mm hole.

AB, that is GREAT news! I have been using a thumb tack to make my cartos' wicking hole roughly twice the size, now I won't have to do that! Awesome! I find this new size wicks any of my juices perfectly!

Does this make the 1.5 ohm the same size as the 3 ohm cartos? Or are they bigger than the 3 ohm now?

We the people of the volcano forums in order to form a more perfect cartomizer believe a slightly bigger hole would help for optimum wicking performance.

I look foward to the day when I overhear two people vaping, one says something about a blucig and the other says a "what-cig" I strictly use volcano. I'm overwhelmed with joy and rampant fanboy-ism right now.

Now I just have to get through the 8 cartos i still have on hand. Not that it's a problem because i haven't had any problems with the smaller hole just, like others, felt slight room for improvement. This news is pure win.

this changes nothing about the size of the carto or the tube of the tube tank. The cartos have always been the same size they are the same carto with different coil setups in side. This change is for the hole on the side of the carto wall that allows juice from that is in the Tube Tanks tank into the carto. We just made that hole bigger to allow for better juice flow from the tank to the filler of the carto. Nothing has changed about physical size of the units.

You didnt understand my question. I am asking if the size of the hole in the side of the 1.5 carto is now the same as the 3.0? The ones I have are noticably different in size the 1.5 cartos have a much smaller hole than the 3.0 cartos. Is the change to the 1.5 carto to make it the same as the 3.0 or are they both bigger holes? Sorry for the confusion.

Oh great, comes out right after I receive my TT and extra 5 cartos...well, on the bright side, at least I got the chrome one!!

The ones that come with the chrome Tube tanks are the same size as the 3.0 cartos. The one I recieved with the black was very noticeably smaller. I'm not complaining, I use the 3.0 any ways, I'm just saying it was much smaller. Maybe I received an earlier or later batch with my initial black tube tank but there was definitely a difference. Could have been a one time deal as well. It was kind of nice. I could quickly identify which one I was using by the hole.

I know this was brought up by a few others in an earlier thread, just to lazy to go look it up and it really doesn't matter. I will wait and see what it looks like when I order next.
