If you cut the filler too short, you're probably more likely to have wicking problems than juice problems (so long as you didn't over fill the cart)...the bf won't make good contact with the wick and you won't get juice consistently to the atty...though if you're constantly flicking to get the juice to the atty, there's the potential for flooding...

The first two went well. It seems like the 3rd I did.. It was hard to pull on and then I kept getting juice. lol I cut the filter just below the top of the cart and it was 3/4 full.

It is kind of trial and error too...you'll have to see what cuts work.

If/when I find it a bit harder to pull or I get BMW (Bad Mouth Wash)....I just pull it apart and wipe down the cart and use a Qtip and clean the inside of the mouth piece....look close and you will see that are only 2 little grooves for the vape to pass through to get to you mouth....if this is clogged....it will increase the draw and add more BMW.....

Possibly, depends on how short or narrow you cut it.
If your cutting pieces for the Volcano, then yes, it will flood. As far as the Magma, I've seen mixed results.

Q-Tips are my best friend. I use that to clean the inside of my carts all the time too. Really helps get all that excess juice out.

I got my Magma a week ago and I'm absolutely lovin' it!

Well...I just got in a shipment from SEJ of juice and their blue foam. I'm glad to say that I'm rather impressed so far (just refilled some left over stock carts with SEJ Strictly Inferno). While their bf does not meet EE's bf mod for the Magma, this will work until I need to place a Petco order for bird food

On another note, SEJ's Strictly Inferno is simply...WooHoo!!!
