Idk if this is against regulations but.... 
my favorite vendor, strictlyejuice, sells ten packs of pre-cut blue foam pieces (perfect size for carts, I might add, magma or volcano) for only $.75 
I know some people want more, but I only have five carts I keep on me at a time, so a ten pack is more than enough for 1/8th the cost!
If anyone was interested in buying those versus a whole sheet they may/may not use. It's perfect for me, but everyone's different
