I've ordered mine from USP as well. And I agree, they're too small to mix anything more than a 1ml test batch in. There's just not enough room to get a good shake on them.
I don't generally carry bottles around in my pocket, at least not this time of year. I carry my inferno case with more than enough to get me through the day, that will stay on my desk at work, end table at home, or in my car if I'm out. If I'm moving further than arms reach I'll toss a bottle in my pocket, unless I've got a tank on. While I'm sitting around the bottle and my inferno sit on my desk, table, etc within arms reach.

after you posted the link to USP I ordered several bottles too! I am most excited about the needle tipped bottle. i really hope it works for refilling the tanks. I hope the needle isn't too small, it says 25 gauge. I can't tell if the bottle top is a luer lock or not. If it is, then no worries!
I needed several more bottles for my DIY adventure, and the needle tipped bottles sealed the deal for me as they were cheap and I could get them along with all the rest with one shipping charge!!

When I'm out and about, I keep my spare juice in 5ml bottles, along with a couple of spare batts and attys in an Altoids tin.
