Yeah, that was really weird with the TV order...looked like it was being delivered in Oakland, CA....

I think USPS has gotten quite better at tracking. They gave me enough detailed info that I was able to predict what day it would arrive in!

now this is funny, my last order was on August 5th and the I had recieved my package but usps was saying it had not left Hawaii even the afternoon after i got it. Now just for s and g purposes i just checked to see if they ever cleared it up

wow, doesn't this look VERY familiar to the issue I had? It had arrived in my area only to be missent to freakin New York LOL. Took a few days to make its way back to me.

Well, the USPS does do some funky stuff to packages. Overall though, you'll read the "horror stories" threads and find that they usually do get resolved...

I think the worse issue I ever had with them was the fact that they left 2 of the computers I'd won on my doorstep for anyone to take. I was pretty upset about that because I didn't even know it was outside and it sat there for like 2 days. (The computer I am on now is one of them) Another time I won 2 Black Nintendo Wiis from another place and the UPS claimed it was delivered when it was not. Gladly, the company that shipped it to me cares enough about their clients that they went ahead and shipped me out 2 more immediately once they seen the report.
Honestly, I think the delivery people stash the stuff and claim it was delivered, then go back later and pick it up... but who really knows other than them... conspiracy theory.
