Can't find my Express number! (Help!!): RESOLVED

Okay, my package still isn't here yet (express GUARANTEED here Feb. 4) and I am working on getting a refund for the express, However, now I am just trying to locate my package. My friend and I ordered on the same day, same shipping, same APO address (but diff. box) they both shipped out at the same time, and hers got here yesterday.

USPS is giving me the runaround, I have been on the phone with them for awhile and they keep transferring me to 5 zillion diff. places. I finally got someone to tell me that the reason they haven't been helping me is because I don't have the EXPRESS number... Its supposed to start with an "E" or some other letter or something. The only number I received from Volcano is the tracking number.

If possible I need a moderator or someone to help me look up that number. I have to get up super early tomorrow, and being in Germany, I just don't have the time to stay up until 9 or so to contact customer service by phone, and then call and do the USPS phone dance all night.

Sorry about your shipping issue, hopefully shadow or another CS rep can help you out. May be faster to put a ticket in under your account. When they reply you will get an email and hopefully a quick response of your E#. Good Luck! Hope you get your stuff soon!

Go to the Volcano Store and log into your account - on the menu bar on the left side of the page click on customer service - and create a ticket - check back frequently to see if you've gotten a response or if CS has more questions for you. I would think that the tracking number would be your express number - but you never know with the USPS

Okay, I submitted a ticket. Thank you guys for your help! Hoping they respond soon.

I thought the tracking number would be all they needed too... I mean really now, regardless to the number shouldn't they all be connected to the same damned box? But the lady assured me I needed this specific number... so I am determined to get it.

I guess going about it this way is better then getting transfered to a number that (litterally) talks to you for 20 minutes and tells you "WE CAN HELP!" followed by a strange recording that says "you have no messages at this time... Good bye" (That was extremely strange! and the MOST annoying thing in the world!!!)

I feel your pain - dealing with any government agency is never fun but I think the post office is even more difficult than all the others combined - we've got our fingers crossed for you - good luck!

At least they were clear about what you would need...nothing like sitting on the phone for hours being told to call back and then finding out you're missing the critical piece of info...so, at least she was clear...

I have looked all over your order and I see no number that starts with an E that has anything to do with shipping or USPS. MAybe I am missing something ans CS might see, but the tracking number should be more than enough info for them to figure out where your package is. Since when you track it, it does say Express delivery and a guaranteed delivery of the 4th.

To br honest I think they are giving you the run around, about a number that starts with an E.

Hmmm - maybe you should just tell them your Express Number is E + the tracking number
