Okay.....so I made a new account under my other e-mail address and now I am able to log on.
However, I believe I lost my rewards points since this is a new account, bummer.....
Oh well, at least I can shop again!!

Do me a favor open a ticket with CS and have them reset your password, dont use the auto thing. We might be able to force the connection through. sometimes resetting the password manually will fix it. If not they should be able to transfer the points for you.
