Can't log in on store page.

Is anybody else having this problem too? All day I have been trying to log on to the store page but it keeps timing out. I know it's not the whole site because I can log on to the forum.

Sounds like you might have a cache issue. Have you tried dumping the browsers cache? Do you have things in the cart before you tried logging in? It might also be causing the cache issue.

Clear your cart, then dump the cache and restart your browser.

That should fix it.

No I don't have anything in the cart.
This is the message I get:
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

How do you clear the cache?

depends on which browser you are using.

but should be somewhere in your browsers options, Should say clear cache, or clear cookies, or clear browser data. Something along those lines.

Anyways, I did figure out how to clear the cache ( ), but I still can't log in and still getting the same message:

The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

After more than 12 hours and after clearing my cache, I'm still not able to log in to my account at the store page.
It's strange that I can log on to the Forums page but not the Store page.
I am at a loss here...

Should I create another account?

Yah, I tried it on FireFox, Opera, and IE and I can't log on even after restarting the browser or the pc.

I dont know what it could be then. It is something on your end is not connecting to the server.

On my end it says "waiting for www.volcanoecigs.com".

I guess I'll just make a new account.
