Can you refill the prefilled carto packs?

I'm just curious. I got my Express kit and extra pack of cartos. I'm wondering, when I need more product, can I just refill the cartos I already have, or do I have to buy blanks? I ask because I've gathered filling them myself will be cheaper. I've also gathered that the blank cartos are reusable to a point. I'm wondering if the rest of them are the same way?

you sure can.

The White plastic cap on the mouth end will pop off. I use a bottle open on my knife to remove the cap, you can also put a paper clip in the center hole and pry it off. But has the chance to break the cap.

once the cap is off just drip your juice onto the poly fill in the carto. drip juice on it till it will not hold anymore. should hold around 15 to 20 drops depending how low the carto is. Then just place the cap back on


It is best to refill them off the battery as if you get juice in the center hole it can get into the battery and flood it either shorting out the battery or messing up the switch.

Thanks a bunch One more question, if I buy the needle cap, do I still need to pop off the top, or does it insert right down into the cartridge? I'd gladly play the $2 for the convenience if that's the case.

just to add to what AB said... refill them before they taste burnt. as they are filled cartos, if you run them dry, you will burn the material around the coil and then it will always taste burnt and you'll just waste juice refilling it.

it's always a good idea to top them off when vapor production starts to decrease or flavor drops off at all.

You will still want to take the cap off, even with the needle tip...you don't want to accidentally get the juice down the center of the carto (which is what is right under the opening in the cap)...

Yeah I get paid for this, I am the only one. But I was doing this before I got paid as well just started getting paid for it one day.

It is better to remove the cap so you can see when it is full. the needle cap will allow you to fill without removing the cap, but since you cant see what you are doing, so you wont know its full till it starts leaking out the bottom. Which is messy and wastes juice.
