Couldn't find SS, but I think there is a silver metallic, almost like a very small metalflake.
The black lettering on clear tape, as I said, actually looks nice, but...
The only way I can get the labels to stick is to wrap them completely with about 1/4 overlap, which eats tape like they are giving it away free when you are trying to mark every carto in every flavor and it's companion backup!
And black lettering on clear tape becomes invisible when used on a black cart, obviously!
I suppose I will have to see if i can find a source for the silver tape in single or double packs. So far I've only seen it in a variety pack with 2 other colors (1 is pink, no thank you!)

HAVE WHITE OUT?
bush some on the top and write over it with fine tip marker.
you can always "dip" the cap in the whiteout. lol

Hadn't thought about whiteout- might be an alternative to labels on the carts- I do use labels for my 3ml bottles . I have a dymo letratag that allows extra small fount and 2 lines. If you just use 2 or 3 letters per line it doesn't use much tape and the rolls are about 7 bucks a roll.

I have found a couple of suppliers for .8cm colored dots like these:
Since the Magma cart/mouthpiece is .9cm, these would fit perfectly on them.
They come in 11 different colors, but the downside is they only sell them in sets of 30 sheets of all one color. I don't think I'm ready to buy 11 full sets (at almost $60!) and I know I don't need 63,360 pcs of these!
I've emailed each of the suppliers I can find, to see if there is a possibility of getting them in a mixed set.
Anyone else interested in a mixed set if I can convince them to sell them this way?
If 10 of us went together on this, we could get 576 x 11 colors = 6,336 stickers for about $6 a set!

Got a couple of ideas on this. Not too expensive either. We all have printers, and it's easy enough to print a couple of lables, then put the rest of the sheet away. The trick is remembering which labels are already used.
Did some quick searching and this is what I came up with (all have templates)...
Avery has a wide selection... this one below is removable, so a bit more expensive. There are chaper ones out there. Nice thing is, what we don't use for carts or bottles, we can use for it's actual intended purpose - address labels. smallest avery has is 1/2"x1 3/4". Should fit M-carts with some overlap.
Here's a site with a number of different labels, comparable to Avery
Oh and here's one I'm thinking about for all of my DIY bottles (10ml and larger).

Hey, flitting about the web yesterday night (no forum, had to entertain myself somehow)...I found this site, might be helpful for those who want to distinguish flavors...put a band around the bottles and matching bands on the carts/cartos?

Thanks for once again bird dogging a solution to a problem gg!
The final solution is an assortment of colored rubber jump rings, found from numerous craft & DIY jewelry suppliers for about $6-7 per bag of 100 in assorted colors!

When I saw your web page idea for the bands I remember something. I bought a bag of tiny rubber band like things for my hair. They work perfectly on the carts! I bought them at Walmart. The bag had 100 pieces in 10 colors and was about $2. They also have similiar ones at the 99cent store. Just thought I would share.
