Clearomizers - Why Didn't I Buy These Sooner?

At first , I wanted to throw these things across the room and go buy me a pack of Newports and say fuck the day. But as soon as I realized that the little holes were under the first ring things became a whole lot easier. ( If the holes aren't there then don't tell me where they really are cause it works just fine the way I'm filling it and I don't want to be told I'm wrong.
) Now , the comments are true. Clearos are the closest thing to dripping in terms of flavor. I love them. They look pretty cool too. Btw , got the new version , not the old version. Don't know what the changes are , don't really care. They work great.

Before I made the switch to volcano, I did my research on these. High maintenance, pure satisfaction. So I skipped the drip and tank system and went straight to the clearos. Took some time to get used to filling and cleaning them. But it got easier along the way. Money well spent. Now we have the TTs on the way. Can't wait for those!

Hands down clearos are my fav! Poly filled cartos are the easiest and that was a good starting point. I had high hopes for the tanko but I was damn happy to get clearos. I know several vapers who are intimidated by them and am trying to educate them so they switch!

I don't know if I am doing something wrong. I read all of the reviews and decided to switch to clearos when my tankomizer died. The first one was awesome but the second new one i have tried does not have the same flavor. There is kind of no flavor. Great vapor but I'd rather have a little less vapor if it means more flavor. I'm using choconillahaze and it is the same bottle I used in the last one. I didn't do anything different with this one so i am at a loss. Anybody have any ideas? Do they take some breaking in sometimes. My first one didn't need any. It was great from the first use. I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

Try putting a drop or two directly on the coil. Also check that the wicks aren't being compressed by the coil cap.

@ itsmylilsecret, I vape Choconilla all the time, and found that to be the problem. It seems if I vape one flav too long I no longer taste it. So I have begun to switch it up and then try the Haze after a day or so and BAM, WOW, OMG awesome flav again. So you may have the same issue try switching it up.

Same problem when I get on BWP benders.
Just hold off for a few hours or a few days , when you go back to it , its just as good as the first time you tried it. :]

Yeah, you've got to rotate flavors, or they lose their gusto... Your tongue will adapt to the flavor and you won't be able to taste it if you vape too much of the same stuff...
I find that it helps to give a clearo a good dry burn before you vape it too... There is a 'preservative' on the coil that keeps it from tarnishing in storage, like a primer... I always wash my stuff before I use it...
But clearos are great, they were by far my favorite feeder until these DCC tanks... I was a big fan of carto-tanks, but there was always just something missing. Having the dual coil setup kicks it up the notch I was looking for!

It's a good thing you missed the old ones, because, frankly, they sucked. I stopped using them completely until Volcano came out with the improved ones, and now they're my regular goto vape - I use them more than tanks, which is what I had switched to.
The main problem with the old ones was the shell. It was very brittle, and cracked if you so much as looked at it crosseyed. They also wicked like crap. The new shells are far more flexible, and thanks to the changeover to cotton from nylon wicking, the improvement is at least 300%.
