ive just blown in mine inbetween button pushes and not let it glow but for only a couple of secs and wipe out the condensation above the coil with a q-tip. i do a quick flick a few times to help get the condensation to the top. you will be able to tell when the wick is dry. once im done i just put the rubber piece back in and refill if im going to use it again. that little condensation thats in it doesnt hurt anything and i havent had any problems with it. if your not going to use it after wards it drys out in a couple of days. i've still got my first one from a month ago and ive cleaned it probally about 6 times. couple of times was to try a different juice. but its still going like its new.

Also a little warning for those that like to thoroughly clean their clearos like i do.
i take my syringe and flush the tube and wicks and coil. Don't get to wild with using the tip
of the needle to scrap the splatter off the inside of the ceramic cup the coil is in.
You can end up cutting the coil.
at least i got to take it apart lol

Well I have mostly been a lurker but thought I should jump in and add my name to the list of those whose clearos broke under cinnamon, specifically Loranne cinnamon roll.
Also, anyone know if it is possible to shift the wick? I have one the only thing wrong is I burnt it a bit so the taste is off.

have you tried dry burning the coil? anything that's ever been burnt on my clearos has been amended with a good dry burn.

Yep, tried a dry burn, tried taking it apart and washing it. Even tried picking at and flaking at it with a needle because at that point what was the worst that could happen. It still functions but tastes bad. My own fault really, had a bit of a stressor and chain vaped till the clearo was scorchingly hot and didn't stop there.

I have some older stock volcano 8mg cinneapple juice and am on my second fill up using a new mega clearo. So far no sign of frosting and will keep my eyes peeled and report back.

1:
Please be careful when using an aluminum DT, it is a very tight fit and when removing the DT it can pull the outer shell of the clearomizer off. There have been a few reports of this happening already.
2:
When screwing on or off the clearomizer, please do so by holding it as close tot he threads as possible. holding it up to far can break the seal around the threads and clear casing.
That is all for now. I will update if we find any other things you should know about them.
Please if you find any issues with them, let us know.
everyone seems to use different drip tips, and the ones you showed in your pics are awesome.but just to be on the safe side should i only being using the soft saloon tip ? it must come with the clearos for a reason.

they come that way from the manufacturer.
most people use DTs for comfort and to avoid getting juice in the mouth while vaping.
the older clearos weren't as sturdy as the new ones and would crack if you tried to get a DT in them.. the new ones are much sturdier and accepts DTs easily.
it's all personal choice.

I've been noticing on some of my clearo's the cap over the element is not in it's correct spot. The fill holes ought to be at 3 and 9 o'clock if the wick notches are at 12 & 6. Not so on many of mine. They are offset causing the wick to starve and burn.
So I went back and checked some of my old ones in the crap bin. 6 out of 12 were off set by a quarter turn a few others even more.
No wonder I going through them so quickly. Found the same on some of my Mega blacks.
Now I'm checking each one as I unseal them. I'm carefully lifting each one and resetting each one even if it looks right. The results are good as flavor and vapor are increased. China QC is slackin. Excessive pressure when seating the top is starving the coil and some are just offset.
This is just my observation on my supply, yours may differ.
