A couple of warnings for the new clearomizers

Postby Artist Boy » Fri Dec 31, 2010 2:10 pm

Well here a couple or warnings/hint for when using the new clearomizers.

1:
Please be careful when using an aluminum DT, it is a very tight fit and when removing the DT it can pull the outer shell of the clearomizer off. There have been a few reports of this happening already.

2:
When screwing on or off the clearomizer, please do so by holding it as close tot he threads as possible. holding it up to far can break the seal around the threads and clear casing.

That is all for now. I will update if we find any other things you should know about them.

Please if you find any issues with them, let us know.

Thank you very much AB, this is all good to know before mine show up on Monday. Knowing me I would have had one gutted in minutes, now I know what to watch for.

The only good thing about me being behind in ordering all the new goodies (I always seem to be a week or two late!) is that you guys get all the quirks figured out before mine arrive. :lolno: Can't wait to play with them - they will be here next week b/c I ordered them Wed night. Really glad I didn't order a lifetime supply if they are going to be delicate to work with. Still can't wait to see them in person!

See there are perks in being the caboose. :D While everyone flaunts it in front of you, you can watch their issues. I watch for the same thing

I just think we all do a great job communicating about the problems and concerns that arise in new products..and Volcano does a great job trying to come up with ways to fix them :) I figure it's better to talk about these things so we can all get things to last as long as possible...
