Customer Service Ticket System Temporarily Down

As of this afternoon our VolcanoEcigs "Contact Us" or the ticket system went down. It seems to still be allowing people to submit tickets as well as the emails are still being redirected into the system, but we are not able to access the ticket system from the CS end to answer/read/respond or handle your issues.

I have not been given a time that we expect to have the system back up and running. But we are working hard to get the system back up and hope to have it soon.

I beg of you, please bare with us as we work towards fixing this and getting all the tickets handled. We do our best to respond to everything with in 24hrs of the time of receiving it. We will continue to do this the best we can. But at this time we are unable to access anything on the CS side so we are not able to handle the tickets. Please be patient and we will get to you and get everything handled.

We are sorry for any delays, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have anything other than RMA claims, like general questions or need help with something, please post them here on the forum or come to out chat rooms and we will gladly help you anyway we can.

We do have the system back up now. It came back on line in the middle of the night.

We are pretty backed up today but we are working on them and hope to be caught back up by the end of the day. We are teaming together and all hitting the system as hard as we can to work through the back log from yesterday.

Please be patient and we will get it all taken care of.
