Declined for affiliate account

I tried to sign up for an affiliate account before my facebook page was really ready for it and got declined. Is there any chance of being reconsidered now that it is looking good???

yes you can be reconsidered, you will have to contact the affiliate page again as you did before. It should allow you to resubmit all the info again.
