I put an order in Saturday and it was stuck in HI til Tuesday. My packages always end up in TN first before coming down to Florida so I just assumed it was due to flight delays because of the bad snow. Has a notice at the top of the FEDEX site and Tenn is listed as an affected area.

From my understanding, everything goes through Memphis if you go FedEx, they have a hub there or something...someone's a shipping expert around here and might be able to say a little more but there's no avoiding Elvis if you ship FedEx...

Me too. Ordered Monday. Confirmed Tuesday. FedEx said a label was printed but package was not picked up ?? My first order for an Ecig product. I was looking forward to receiving it today.

Same thing happened to me.
Ordered Saturday, Sunday night it said shipping info sent to FedEx, no update since. I did a CS ticket and it turns out the Magma atty's were back ordered until today (Jan 12th) so anyone that ordered one or anything that came with one (my Inferno! *sob*!) had a wee wait.
The kind folks at customer service said it should go out today.

You are correct Geekd. All FedEx packages go through Memphis then onto their final destination.
Don't take life too seriously because you're not going to make it out alive anyway.
