I ordered sunday night. I got the tracking number monday afternoon. when i tracked it, it has said the same thing the past 24 hours:
"Shipment information sent to FedEx. Please check back later for shipment status or subscribe for e-mail notifications."
Has it not been picked up yet? Is there a delay or is Fedex tracking just screwed up?

There can be a delay in updating of the FedEx website however, getting a tracking number generally means it has been shipped. You could also check with your bank and if a charge from Volcano has gone through, then that typically means its been shipped.

Looks like it shipped out today, it should have gone out yesterday but it looks like it just missed the last pick up for FedEx of the day when it got packaged. The tracking should update later today.

I have to say that the time difference with HI sometimes confuses things...but they're always on top of stuff and I've been lucky enough to get all my orders (even those through USPS) in a timely manner.

thanks AB, ill check the tracking number tonight.
centr0 needs his Volcano beenie (its cold in San Francisco)...
and case (people keep bumping into me at the subway)..
and a higher mg bottle(i think i vape too much)..
and whatever else i ordered on impulse(the gf hasnt forgiven me yet)..

I vape too much and my wife tells me this was supposed to save me money, but I keep buying stuff.

Exact same problem is happening to me, mine has been saying shipment info sent to fed ex. I ordered mine on Saturday, got tracking number on Sunday, and its said that ever since. I filled out a customer service ticket to see whats up.

If the tracking still says that late tonight or in the morning make sure to open a ticket with CS or give us a call, and well will make sure to look into it further. Or you can call FedEx and see if they are just not tracking it for some reason. Sometimes they do miss a package scan.

Same thing here. Ordered Sunday morning said it shipped sun night. As of tues 11PM EST still says Initiated but not yet shipped. Not sure what is going on, but glad im not the only one. Maybe the bad snows are delaying fedex?

centr0, just checked on your while looking up the other two people and it says it has shipped out now, not sure in the delay on that, but it is on the way.
ZeroAlbion and cman, just talked to Joe Volcano the owner and he is looking into this matter to see why yours still have not gone out. We will make sure that they get out asap if they have not done so already, and we are truly sorry for the delay.
