Just an addition to the sites listed on page one...
JuiceBlaster has added a number of DIY products for sale! One of the family, Mr JuiceBlaster himself has provided the Volcano forums with a wealth of knowledge and experience for Hardware and DIY.
Among the DIY additions are flavorings, PG, VG, sweetener kits, and unflavored nic in small quantities for those starting out in DIY?

I was mixing up a batch from Archlight's excell spreadsheet and can't seem to get much flavor,is the flavor percentages all for concentrates? Also how do you make sure it's all mixed up ie:shaking in bottle,mixing in cup etc.I have done both

How long ago did you make the juice...even if it's mixed well, most juices will come to life after sitting for a while...

Most recipes will show flavor as a percentage, some will refer to the specific flavoring used, e.g., TPA Watermelon, FA Watermelon, Lorann's Watermelon, etc...
Depending on the specific flavor and manufacturer you may need to use more or less than the recipe percentage -- and depending on your personal taste & preferences you may need more or less - but like Geek'd said - it takes flavors a while to come out -- as a rule of thumb I taste after 3 days... and it gives me a pretty good idea of how the mix is going to taste - although some flavors take longer.
