Drip Tip fits really loose

Seems kind of ridiculous that I would have to hold the thing together while using it the entire time.

I understand you completely..... ....I was just stating that the design was not for that intended purpose.

As gun stated, the tolerances are very small since it has to fit tight to not leak, yet, be able to be removed for cleaning. You could also try to put it in boiling water for a bit to per sey soften it then pull out and sorta roll/squeeze it to a smaller circumference, remember, it wont take much to change the size....I used to do this with standard carts after awhile of useage to get them back in shape for the internal cart to stay in and create a better seal on the atty.

Do you remember the size of the o-rings you got? My atty actually cut away some of my stock o-ring and the DT is a bit loose. The rings I got to replace it (#47 i think) were the right diameter but the rubber itself was too thick. Does Volcano plan on carrying replacements or at least disclosing the size?

I actually just chopped the tiny hole end of a cart off. Insta-drip tip! And it'll fit snug as a cart because it is one. Just make sure to take out the clear plasticy thing on the inside (vids all over, just look for "Refilling Carts"). If you're comfortable with carts and don't mind not having the contoured DT, then this would be a good fix.

What brand and size were they? I've bought three different sizes so far and none of them fit.

strange, if anything my aluminum drip tip for my magma atomizers was too tight, caused the o-ring rubber to wear off to wear it eventually fit more easily but at first it did not want to go on right at all
