Easy method to carry stuff

I frequently wear shirts that don't have a pocket so carrying the Magma Pack around became a bit of an issue and I solved it when I wandered into the digital camera section at WalMart and picked up a small digital camera carry pouch that just fit the pack.

It has a Velcro attached belt loop so it can be easily slipped over a belt you are already wearing. I also have room to carry 3 spare batteries in the pouch without any issues. Plus it has room enough for an extra box of cartridges if you think you are going to be on the move for a while. The cover flap also has a Velcro closure so it is simple and easy to access the pack on the go. I found that the pack could slide out of shirt pockets if I bent over doing some tasks so this was a great solution.

Also it has no issues with the accidental activation of the flashlight or charger while you carry the Pack in it.

Just hunt around the camera section and they have plenty of options to carry all the stuff you might want no matter how obsessive you may be with having enough stuff with you on the go.

Actually I bought two of the camera cases since they were under 6 bucks and padded since they were designed to protect a digital camera.

The reason for the second pouch is as a storage expansion for say perhaps a whole weekend or more away from the home ground.

I have it carrying a USB to Mini USB cable to charge the Mpack and a USB charger as well as a car charger adapter. I also have a wall adapter in there and it still has room for two bottles of the fluid I am using that I have a pretty good stock of. It comes in 50ml bottles so two of them will handle even the most extensive weekend outing without a worry. Oh I also carry a couple of drip tips in there for moments I want that option and I also have a spare USB passthrough in there also.

This serves double duty since there is still room to carry one of my throw away Tracphones and the USB cable fits to charge that if needed.

I have an Inferno now headed my way and I may have to hunt up a pouch that can fit that battery size but this one is probably tall enough to do the job. If that is the case I will carry likely 3 or more 1000 mah batteries in there (yeah that will be plenty) and a couple of spare passthough 650s. Inside I could also fit a small ziplock loaded with say Magma atomizers or Tankomizers and a few cartomizers to keep the flexibility.

After all imagine all you can pack into the same volume as an Mpack

This second pouch stays in the glove compartment or console of my car so I don't have to be concerned with leaving it behind at the house due to a 'senior moment'. My car has the cigarette lighter in the dash and two more clones in the console so the passthrough is a solid option for the duration of the travel time to get to wherever I am going. Pair it up with a cartomizer or maybe a tank on an Inferno and you are pretty much set for the trip.

This was prompted when I was on a grocery shopping trip to WalMart and the pack kept dropping out of my pocket when reaching for product on the bottom shelf of the aisle storage.

The shirt I was wearing was a semi dress shirt and was slick nylon or some similar material and the smooth plastic Mpack got near zero traction to stay into place when leaning over.

I actually said to myself, ok you are better than this so fix it dude and detoured over to the camera center to find a fix. Then I went back to shopping for the rest of my trip.

If I could help any of you with this thread then I feel it was worth it..............it works for me but your mileage may vary.

Seriously there are many pouch options they have even with multiple compartments which could give you all sorts of flexibility if you just consider it.

Full disclosure here this was not the first time I had dealt with one of these pouches. I got one of them a few years back to carry my cellphone in.

The phone I use mostly is a Treo 650 and the pouch I got then was one with an external compartment with a separate flap enclosure to allow me to carry about 8 or 10 SD cards set up for various purposes. It handles the full size SD cards and not just the micro versions.

I simply could not find a phone carrier pouch in the aftermarket that would also have room to tote the SD cards until I hit upon the camera center option.

Cheap ,workable and does the job now tell me what is not to like about that.
