Oh I see what you are saying and I do agree, but its like first impressions. I am sure that there are many new people coming to their site and just leaving (as I did the first time I visited) because of the way it looks. I appreciate the dedication, but ease of use and looks go farther than most give credit for.

TheVaporRoom - Hot Cinn Candy
by ChuckB » Thu Jul 01, 2010 4:18 pm
I have a bottle of Hot Cinnamon Candy (26mg) from www.thevaporroom.net and it is rocking my Volcano. Wasn't sure that I'd like flavors like cinnamon or cloves as I don't really like them in foods. I got this as a sample and was really surprised.
Price: 30ml $17.00 (What I have is a 3ml sample, the price is from their website)
Flavor: 8/10 Very cinnamony, sweet, sort of like red hots, more like Neco Wafer cinnamon.
TH: 7/10 About as much as I care for, partially from 26mg nic.
Vapor: 7/10 Good vapor for a straight PG juice.
The juice is a little darker than any others that I've had so I'm a little concerned about how the atty is going to hold up. Definitely going to keep it to this one atty at least for the time being. This was a sample bottle thrown in to my order. I am going to order a bottle of this but at a lower nic level. VaporRoom as a special flavor of the week, $10.00 for 30ml, currently it is RY4.

I was a bit squeamish about the cinnamon flavors at first as well. Fortunately I tried it and loved it. I think i've already vaped about 15ml of my own DIY Cinnamon/Apple mix since last Friday. Can't. Put. It. Down. lol.
I'll have to give thevaporroom.net a try if I can ever stop vaping my current mix lol.

ry4 from ELP - this is a nice liquid. i have heard people not being able to get a TH off of this but i am having no problems. to me it tastes like if there were a werther's original cigar, and i used to looove werther's original candies. so, i have to take a break because i am vaping this like mad. think i'll keep this around as an evening vape, when i want to chill out, much like i used to with a cigar.

Ok, here's more of a request. I am looking for a flavor that I can use for mixing. Highly doubt the actual flavor exists and would know how to make it just yet, so I'll settle for something close.
I want to dup a favorite alcoholic drink from Japan called a Chu-Hi. The base used for the actual drink is called Shou-Juu (show-ju) or Shou-Chuu (show-chew) - one is Korean and the other is Japanese and both are esentially the same. Best way to describe it would be a kicking but rather mild Rum with saki or sweet rice overtones. I am curious as if anyone has come across that flavor. From there, I can use just about any fruit flavor or tea flavor and adjust accordingly. Generally, non-tea Chu-Hi's will have some kind of carbonation (usually selzer or sprite is what I use), green and chinese tea flavors will not.
On that note, I know using grain or 151 will increase TH, will vaping transfer the flavor of the alcohol used?
And if anyone is curious, Chu-Hi's can be VERY dangerous. It is one of those drinks that you can pound when staying in one position, i.e., sitting down. As soon as you stand up, it's game over! It has gotten many of Sailors into trouble, including this one (sea stories for another time).

Did a quick google on Souchu and got a few hits. Apparently you can buy it, even if online, and also at local oriental suppliers and specialty beverage retailers.
Now, and take this for what it is, pure conjecture, since I have never seen or used this product.
It is described as more like wine or a very light distilled spirit than anything else.
I would suggest starting with a combination of vodka flavoring, which is readily available, your preferred fruit flavoring, and *some* of the souchu juice, which is going to be mostly water.
If I was trying this, I would significantly increase the ratio of VG, since it would counteract the watery thinness of the souchu.... Ideally if you are going to be adding nic, a VG based nic juice would come in very handy here. In fact I would probably start out with all VG, and then add PG or PGA to thin if needed after all the flavorings were added.
The real trick would be to get the 'taste' of the souchu, and still have a juice that was thick enough to vape.
Maybe even boil it down a little?
Also note that I have absolutely no idea whether or not shouchu juice has anything in it that would clog an atty.
Alternatively, just use vodka or rum flavoring, with whatever your choice of fruit flavoring(s), and call it all good!

Shochu is a clear beverage distilled from grain, barley, sweet potatoes, or buckwheat and contains 20-35 percent alcohol by volume. To put that in perspective, most vodkas are 80 proof, meaning they contain 40 percent alcohol by volume. In terms of taste, shochu resembles vodka

Thanks for the pointers, I will look at it. As far as being close to vodka, not so much. The Japanese Souchou is either potato or rice, I like the rice. Try the stuff? I got a 2.5L bottle on my desk, goes good in canned Iced Tea.
I've got the 55 proof, give that a shot.

Just curious, browsed both review pages but couldnt find my answer, but I am looking for like a green apple type of flavor. I smoked reds when I smoked, but I am finding, especially as my taste buds steadily come back, I hate the taste of tobacco and am more of a fruity smoker (lolol). Any advice on a good one would be much appreciated. Should I say fruity vaperer?
