Hi everyone new and needing help

Hey guys,
so im new to the whole vapeing thing and so far im loving it and just so happy I finally made the switch. I ordered the volcano magma t starter kit, an extra battery, extra tankomizer, and extra box of tanks as well as a couple different flavors about a week ago. I have happily been without a single analog cigarette since I got my order. Unfortunately it seems like my first tankomizer already burnt out, I think this because im not getting the same hit I first did and I have to drag extremely hard in order to get even a small hit. I put my new tankomizer in and it works great. Pretty much I would like to know and learn any kind of tips and tricks for the magma t system as well as any maintenance techniques that will help me make the most of my new found joy.
Thank you very much for any advice,
cody volcano

hey cody glad to hear your enjoying vaping, for some it can be a rough transition. now as far as your tanko not pulling smoothly, this can be from a number of factors. first one being it needing a cleaning. when i was using tankos i would clean once a week and rotated 3-4 tankos. now the time frame will depend on type of juice you use. darker and sweeter juices tend to clog/build up gunk faster then clear or less sweet juice does.
now to clean simply boil water, put tanko's in the boiled water(not while on stove or in the microwave) let sit for 10-15 minutes, remove and place standing on a paper towel over night(sometimes it can take as long as 24 hours to dry out). once dry put your tank with juice on and do a few primer puffs, these are done by taking a few quick strong draws with out firing the battery so if using a auto battery do it off the battery. its fine to do on a manual battery since you would need to press the button to activate the battery.
also tankos usually last most around a month, so get lucky and they last longer, some not so much. thats the main reason i recommend spares to everyone, just incase.

Great post about maintenance. Sounds like you are clogged up. Should do a good cleaning on it.

First off thank you guys for the awesome advice it worked like a charm, and second thank you for responding so fast (honestly it kind of amazed me hahah). I also had a few more questions real quick tho. In the manual I got it said you can use alcohol to clean the tankomizer out but I've heard that's not really a good idea, just wanted to see if the was true or what you thought about it. Also I've heard storing you m battery with the tankomizer attach upside down in the m pack while not in use will help drain out any liquids that will clog the tankomizer making it last longer, im just worried if I do this ill get a build up of liquid in the bottom of my m pack

First the alcohol.
Not really recommended anymore. It eats the paint off the attys and can be a bit harsh on the inner working of the atomizer. The hot water bath is more so the current and best way to go. the alcohol is only recommended now if the device is really messed up and needs a harsher cleaning.
Second the storage of them.
I would not do that not like that anyway. One for the reason you worry about, getting juice in the PCC. As well as that juice that comes out of the tanko will leak into the air passages of the tank so next time you vape you will get juice in the mouth.
If you want to drain the tanko I would only do it at night. Blow it out iinto a paper towel from the threaded end then leave it standing threads up on a paper towel over night. then reassemble in the morning and add a single drop of juice on the spike before adding the tank and vaping.
oh and you are welcome for the help.
