Hey all. So just wanted to re-iterate what many have said about the great customer service and timeliness of shipping from Volcano. I, like others, just started to read and research about the option of e-cigs when deciding to place an order with blu last week. Needless to say, I had no response from them and my order was still processing nearly a week later. Yesterday I was on this site pretty much all day and decided that with such positive feedback from customers, how could I go wrong. I cancelled my order from blu this morning (through the computer of course, they're still out of office due to inclimate weather I guess) and immediately placed an order with Volcano. Keep in mind that when I get to work here in Ky, it's like 3am or something crazy in Hawaii! Anyway, I checked about an hour ago and my order has been processed and shipped! I found myself amazed and giggling with delight!Lol. I've been trying to quit smoking for years (smoked since I was 16, exactly half of my life), and I believe this is whats going to do it for me. I love the idea of it and am a huge techno-geek anyway, so I'll love to have some useful tech in my pocket to show off to anyone who will listen! I plan on racking up on some points (though I don't know exactly what they are yet) by referring my smoking friends to this site to put in an order!

I just wanted to say thanks to the Volcano staff for allowing me to have this option and for the prompt service. I look forward to building a relationship with you guys and gals, as well as the forum users, for a long time to come.

I have to agree on the CS and shipping department - outstanding.
As far as the points system, for every $4 you spend in the Volcano store, you receive a point. You can spend the points at 5 points = $1. You can also receive (I think) 25 points for customers that you refer. I'm sure that someone will jump in shortly with the links and details on that.

You are correct Rebel...you can find the referral links in your account dashboard menu when you log into your store account.

You made a great choice (in my opinion) by choosing to go with Volcano...as you already know the shipping times are great (provided USPS cooperates) and the customer service is unmatched. The products are also of high quality and they firmly back their warranties if there are problems (which do occur on occasion).

In addition to the benefits of using this company, you get this wonderful forum filled with all different characters who are guaranteed to help you though the process of switching to vaping and will also keep you highly entertained...welcome...and feel free to ask questions or explore the information available (there's a ton of great stuff here that will get you all ready for when your e-cig arrives). To be honest, it shocks me that blu's still around...it's clear that they are horrible about keeping products in stock and most people also indicate that their products are shoddy with a poor warranty...but you see them everywhere in internet ads...I don't know how they stay in business (let alone afford that much advertising) since I don't know how many repeat customers they keep...

Hey Matt - I was exactly where you are less than 2 weeks ago. Very excited and anxious for my first shipment to arrive. Let me tell you, you found the right place. With all the supportive help from the folks at Volcano and the community on the forums, I feel like I've been vaping forever. I can barely remember what it was like to smoke a real cigarette; you're gonna love it!
I had one small piece of my kit which wasn't working (just the USB charger, so I can still charge off my M-Pack) Volcano is taking care of it, sent me out a postage-paid envelope to return it right away, and soon I'll have my replacement - no problem.
I've already turned several of my friends on to Volcano. A few folks I've talked to have gone with other companies, with less than enthusiastic results. I'm glad I did my research (it sounds like you did too) and I'm confident I made the right choice. Welcome!
