Express Shipping??

I placed my order on the 20th and chose the express shipping. It is now the 23rd and past 3 pm which means that i'll have to wait till tomorrow T_T. Shouldn't the Express Shipping be within 24 hours or so??

They are usually pretty good about getting stuff out quickly/same day. This past week there were some issues on the 20th with their website which might have caused a delay. Did they send you a tracking number for the shipment?

Yeah, and it still says it left HONOLULU, HI on the 22 at 6 something pm, it has yet to be updated.

keep in mind 6pm in hawaii is actually much later here in the states!

So... since i placed my order 5 days ago and did the express shipping, can i get a refund on the express shipping charge??

HAve you opened a ticket about this issue with CS?

I am guessing you ordered Fed Ex? If so they do not deliver on the weekend. AS for shipping times/issues/ and refunds you will need to open a support ticket. Please log into your account and use the CS tab to open a ticket. They will take be able to help you out better.

Also the refund would have to come from the shipper since Volcano did get the order out to them but they (if they did) dropped the ball. With out knowing the exact details I can't answer all of that for you, but CS will be able to.
