Fedex lost my package, so what do I do now?

Fedex lost my inferno kit, as i expected they would of course. so what do I do now? They have NO idea where my package is, and are not helping me in any way. How do i get my items resent or my money back?

They're not giving you any assistance? You can probably see if CS can give you any suggestions...if you're having issues, it doesn't hurt to ask...

Well this is how it started out. I was supposed to get it last night, because i used fedex 2 day express. It arrived here in omaha yesterday, what put on the wrong truck, and taken to grand island, nebraska which is about 4 hours away from here.

This is when it gets fun.... i called customer service which explained the mix up, and told me they changed my package to first priorty mail, and assured me i would have it today. I checked the shipping status this morning at about 10:00 AM and it said that my package was still not put on a truck to be delivered, so i called customer service once again to find out what was going on.

They told me it left grand island last night, and arrived here in omaha last night at 10:00 PM. The service rep proceeded to call the omaha location to verify its arrival and said they did not have it. She then called the grand island location, which said they also did not have it. At this point I was about ready to throw my phone against a brick wall. So as of now they dont know where my package is, and are supposed to get back to me.

Bless your heart, you have had the worst luck. Please let us know when/if you get your package! I've never had one from FedEx lost but the freakin' prepaid return envelope I mailed a blinky Inferno back to Volcano in is lost in USPS space. Am so hating USPS right now. I took it to the Post Office in person on March 8, they got around to scanning it in on March 9, and it hasn't been heard from since. :evil:

Guess the only way we can win is if we just move to Hawaii and live near the vape bar. Don't I wish!

TELL ME ABOUT IT MARY!!!

Its official.... my package has been lost. Fedex customer service has no idea where it is. I used fedex shipping 3 times in my life and they lost my third shipment... not a very good track record!!!!

I have filed a claim with customer service, i hope they can get this taken care of quick, it will be sure to pay off in the future for them.

Fedex customer service is horrible, no one knows whats going on, and they act like its not their problem! YOU LOST MY PACKAGE! OF COURSE ITS YOUR PROBLEM! ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS MY INFERNO DAMNIT!

I would bro, but i have no idea who you are. Anyone could simply call with that tracking number and request re-routing to their house. Fedex customer support asks for no security verification. So they could easily re-route it to your house and you would get my inferno! Not saying you or anyone would do something like that... but you never know. :lol:

The part thats hilarious about this is my package was scanned in omaha, nebraska. which is where i live and is its destination city. They then put my package on a truck bound for grand island, which is 4 hours away from omaha. I was so mad... I called customer service some nice lady was willing to change it to first priority so i would recieve it today.

It was scanned last night at 10:38 PM in Omaha, Nebraska's local sorting facility. So i mean it HAS to be there... packages just dont vanish in thin air. I guess their first priority mail was not their priority today huh? Oh well... i guess there are bigger tragedies in the world.

I just would really like to know the satistic of packages delivered to packages lost ratio. 1 out of 1,000 are lost? I am an expert at hitting those odds tho, as many people know here on these forums. :lol:

Too bad I cant turn this luck around and buy a lottery ticket... the sky would be the limit!

Volcano is taking care of it for me..... im probably just going to re order my inferno kit tonight and just request a refund so i dont have to wait for the insurance claim to go through... could take a week i guess.

I am starting to think its been stolen.... some bum probably read the "volcano" tag on the package and figured why the heck not.
