I was immediately back in business but now that I'm ordering more back ups to make up for the one I lost, i see the 7ml tube tanks must be out of stock. I still have two unused 4 ml tanks so if they work, it'll be fine for backups.

how does one go about losing something as tall as a 20 oz bottle of water?

That's a darn good question, and yes, very disappointing! The answer actually lies in the question. It's so darn big it's not something that can be expected to be very mobile. So, since I move around a lot while working I usually just carry it in my hand. Guess I must have set it down somewhere while working downtown LA. Retraced me steps, performed a grid search, and no luck finding it. I'm now using my inferno with a clearo most of the day if I'm walking around a lot. It fits easily in my pocket and I just save the big guy for the long ride home. I've tried the Inferno with a 4 ml tank & 1.5 DCC but it just doesn't really get the job done, at least for me. I'm sure it work great for others so I'll have to read up here in the forums and learn how to make it work right without getting a mouth full of juice!

My answer to the problem. A simple mini mag flashlight holder and a chain or lanyard.

here is my solution. The rubber grommet also keeps the device from slipping out of my hand.

The TT will screw on to the Magma. They are both bigger around that the Magma battery. But they will screw on..... Now this is important.... you need the 3.0ohm SCC to be able to use the TT on the Magma batts. The 1.5 DCC and the 3.0 DCC will both over tax the battery and can kill the the battery by firing out the circuit board inside.

Aussum,

Love the grommet and ring!!! I get the grommet, but where did you get the metal ring that fits around it?

Was going to use an O-ring but methinks yours is much better - hope you will come back with an answer ...

Thank you! (I'll start having to say "ditto"! )

If your product is as good as your responsiveness to questions - it will be "awesome" indeed!

Going back to the tube tanks - In the instruction sequence at the beginning, I understand you don't recommend cleaning the cartos because of potential bacterial overgrowth, however what about ethyl (not isopropyl) alcohol, EtOH, as in 160 proof (80%) vodka? That would clean and sanitize -
as long as you let them "offgas" to prevent fire hazard. The EtOH would evaporate faster than water ...
