I smoked analogs for well over 36 years and 2 packs a day or more for most of that time. During the first few days of vaping I slipped a few times and smoked an analog here and there. The only way I could get away from them was to throw out all the analogs, ashtrays, lighters and other things in the house. As has been said, drink lots of water! You will probably need to buy several bottles of juice at first (at least 2) as you will probably find yourself chain-vaping for the first few weeks!
After a few weeks of being analog free I had to go to a meeting. While there I bummed an analog off of a friend. I lit it and took a single drag. The taste was horrible! I immediately extinguished it and haven't touched one of the nasty things since.
Just as any alcoholic can attest, you will always have an occasional urge to slip. This will diminish over time, but vaping through the urges is the easiest solution. Now my biggest fear now is running out of juice or atomizers! I now carry my Inferno with me everywhere and my Magma kit is always close at hand as a backup (just in case!). I honestly believe these things have saved my life and will never smoke another analog as long as I live.
You'll make it!
