Free Priority Shipping Not Showing Up

I was going to place an order tonight to take advantage of the discount code from the Q & A but the free shipping option wasn't available even though the purchase qualified. I went ahead and moved everything to my wishlist instead of purchasing - have they eliminated the free priority shipping for orders over $50?

No, they planned on keeping it...did you read through all the options...initially, I missed free FedEx because it still listed the 7.99 option...I didn't notice that there was one lower that said 0.00

Also, was your subtotal (before tax) over 50...I don't think tax counts toward the total...

what was the total after the discount? It still has to be over $50 after the discount o get the free shipping option.

it was I even added something to make it go over - NBD - I'll just wait till next week and maybe they'll have the tankomizers in !

well I am not sure why you couldn't get it, I have tried everything and it always works for me. Sorry it wont work for you and if you have this same problem next time you try to order please contact us right away via phone and we will get your order straightened out over the phone for you.

I was wondering how long it usually takes for priority USPS shipping to Illinois. My girlfriend checked the tracking number on my Magma kit and there hasn't been anything new on it since tuesday and today is thursday. Just wondering and my kit was ordered for me last friday.

Normally 3 to 4 business days. But hey have been running slow since the holidays. And USPS is notorious for not updating tracking at all. Usually it will say it was processed through the HI sort facility, then the day after it shows up they will update it to say it has been delivered. USPS has anywhere between 3 and 7 days to get it to you.

any time man, I know how the waiting game goes, and I hate it just as much as the rest. Anything I can do to help ease the pee pee dance that I can do, I will do. I have new computer stuff coming in anytime now and I am jumping at every noise I hear thinking it it someone knocking on my door, but so far it has just been my noisy neighbors. But mine is coming UPS and it says it is out for delivery so it should be here today.

I'm also in IL...typically, I count 3 business days (just not Sunday) from the time it registers in Honolulu, HI...though there are times it just shows up with nothing at all on the tracking page...and on that 3rd day, it usually arrives in the area and then shows as being out for delivery from my local post office...so, as long as you ordered during the week, I'd say count three days from the day after you ordered and expect something around then...
