D@MN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

gotta say I'm quite impressed with the customer service aspect of this company.. I've been having problems with my debit card being declined, even though there is plenty of money in my account.. So out of concern I contacted Volcano via email and promptly got a reply, followed by a call...

After my experience with Blucigs, this is a breath of fresh air..
I had ordered more or less the same thing from Blu about 6 months ago, and then started the 30 something day wait. When they tried to run my card, it was declined, and thus they canceled the order instead of contacting me... once it was canceled, THEN they decided to give me a buzz on my cell... their answer was that I'd have to wait another 30 days... My answer was, "how about you blow me." (sorry bout the language lol)

Anyhoo.. Yes.. To all of you working at Volcanoecigs, I must say thank you for all of the effort you put into satisfying your customers. I've worked CS before and I know disgruntled customers suck, but you guys just cut out the middle man and make them happy in the first place. Sweet deal.

No Doubt! If customer service suffers then customers suffer.
I can name countless companies both small and large who have to retaught this basic rule.
So far I have found that the customer service at Volcano has been great.
There are many here who will attest to that.
All those satisfied with thier customer service here give out a big WHOOT !

I am still amazed at how on top of things the CS people are. When there's a problem, I start by searching the forum to see if I can find a solution or suggestion. If that doesn't pan out, I then contact CS. They're always right on top of things. I also just want to note that the e-mails are always very pleasant. I try to always make the effort to send a thank you after the interaction just to let the CS people know how much they are appreciated. Out of curiosity, do they check the forums or do some of the comments get shared/posted for them to see?
