I Have No Points!!

ok, so just wondering how long the points take from referrals order to showing up? it has been like 2 weeks now and nothin' yet... should i be gettin in touch with C/S or wait a lil longer to see what happens?

no, not the purchase points.. the referral points. like 2 weeks ago a friend that i referred purchased a starter pack. i was wondering how long it takes for the "referral points" to show up:)

I usually email cs with the name of the person I referred.
People have so many email addresses these days you never know which one they used to create their account on the order page.. CS always adds the points very quickly after they confirm the order..

Had a similar situation (but I didn't wait as long), just e-mailed points@volcanoecigs.com and they took care of it quickly....just make sure you give name/e-mail for your referral.

I have no point ..literally..but its been awhile since i read the post..but if they use a tracking cookie..alotta security ..programs wont let em thru..Im so full of it ..I never know what im talking about lol..I have no points

If you are talking of conversation, I think you have points, Hippie...they just sometimes get lost...

If you're talking about Volcano points, you can e-mail points@volcanoecigs.com with order numbers and they'll quickly get it attended to...or so they did for me...

Im not concerned about my points...lol..but i read where a tracking cooking was used on referrals..and my system..will not let them thru... long story...but yea i get lost on purpose..the owner recognized me last nite almost blew my cover lol...you would be so surprised if ya knew what is really inside old hippies head lol he s a really nice guy..and was just being polite..hes a good man
