I did get the package today. There was in fact significant damage to the cardboard envelope... Thankfully everything was nicely wrapped in a FedEx bubble bag. The bag is in like new condition- so I plan to reuse it. eBay perhaps. Anyway- all the contents were in flawless condition and present. I am pleased with the transaction and will be placing an order for more of the Pineapple Punch!

The main reason I ordered from Volcano was my displeasure with Blu's PCC. I will be posting a video comparison of the new and improved V-Pack vs. Blu's PCC very soon. I could not find any side by side comparisons online... So I plan to do my part. Look for it in the "product reviews" forum if you're interested. I'm an 88 fanboy, so this is important to me.

lol. I was mad. And yes, I also pay 50 cents so dont feel alone. But again, I am pleased with the shipping, and mad at USPS for not displaying the proper tracking info in a timely manner. The video is uploading to YouTube now... For all its 720p glory, I have to wait 720 minutes... Well, more like 54, but still. Its giving me time to research my battery problem. (Which I have posted in the appropriate forum)

USPS is notoriously mediocre. Tracking seems like they do it when they remember, care for packages probably depends on the individuals handling them and seemingly not many do care....etc., etc.

Tell me about it... I've had packages that said fragile this side up look like it's been thrown around and ultimately when delivered was upside down. I think if it's a heavy box the delivery people get jealous and just f* it up for no reason.
