Horrible Shipping Experience: Resolved

Ok so i am a new customer to ecigs completely, my friend at school has one and when i came home for Christmas break i found two disposable ones in my house. I tried them and feel in love with them, and in the beginning i stopped smoking, this was Wednesday the 22nd so that night at around 1 am i decided to go through and buy my MAGMA ecig with drip tip, i found out that if i spent 100 i could get free two day shipping which meant i could get it by Christmas, siiiiikee. Long story short its Tuesday the 28th and there not here and the worst part is i had to buy actually cigs cuz the disposable ones died on Christmas day, my luck. On top of all of this i fould out the i could have ordered better liquid of eliquidplanet.com for a discount, so me spending 50 on stupid volcano liquid just to get free shipping and got good liquid as i needed it since this two day shipping is bullshit anyway. all in all was not really worth ordering probably should have just stuck with the good old cigs. o well if they ever get here ill probably end up returning them i've already stocked up on stogs.

well the shipping problems you had was by no mean Volcano's fault at all. you placed the order on the 22nd and the order left Volcano on the 23rd. after that is was all FedEx. Now they dont count the weekends or holidays in there 2 day shipping times. I have also noticed that they have been running a day behind with the holidays.
I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience getting your stuff but in was in no way Volcano's fault.
And by the tracking info I see it say it should be delivered today.

I am sorry you feel that you have been some what jilted..... However to be perfectly honest this has nothing to do with Volcano in and of itself. Volcano's e-juice is actually great and ELP is an affiliate and they are awesome as well.
Volcano has nothing to do with how fast fed ex moves... but I will say that if you placed your order on the 22nd it would likely would not have shipped depending on when you placed the order since everything is done on volcano time. So also considering fedex 2day does not include Saturdays or Sundays the earliest it could have been delivered would have been Monday the 27th. I am sorry you didn't get it until the 28th and perhaps that is something that fed ex can explain to you.
It would appear volcano did an awesome job getting your order out to fast.
Vaping is wonderful and a great alternative to your "stogs" and I certainly would hope that you do not allow fed ex to deter you from making the decision to switch.
Good Luck to you

o i know that but i wish i would have read the forum a lot of people seem to have problems i wouldn't have spent the 100 and just waited my ecig alone only cost 30 to build i spent the extra in an attempt to get it quicly. i know it was in no way volcano's fault it just defeated the reason i got them, i wanted to stop cold turkey and i had a start but after the disposables died i was left along i just wanted to post my experience for others who do their hw before they order unlike me
and know that rushing it is not worth spending 70 extra dollars when you could save the money and get normal free shipping and spend only 50.

I hate to see that you might ship it back. Vaping is a wonderful alternative to analogs.
I have a friend that started the other day. He still has some packs of smokes and said he was going to just smoke one or two a day until they are gone.
He told me today that he almost couldn't handle a regular cig anymore because the Magma and the Volcano tobacco tasted so much better.
Please keep it and give it a chance. I think you will be glad you did.

As I understand it, FedEx is in a hell of a sham in many areas of the country due to being snowed in at air ports during the recent blizzard(s). That's no excuse, but it does happen. I guess the only fortunate thing is that you didn't have to pay the $7.99 to have it not delivered on time. I had a FedEx ground package from within a two state area of me delivered today that I ordered right before Xmas from FedEx but it was delivered by an alternate carrier/unmarked vehicle. Odd but it worked. I just think they are doing everything they can to get stuff to its destination at the moment.
If it makes you feel any better (and it probably doesn't) USPS was far worse over the holidays. I had stuff shipped out priority mail up to FIVE business days before Christmas that is just now, and in some cases hasn't yet, showing up. I still have two Xmas gifts out there somewhere in the hands of the wonderful USPS people, both of which I can track to local (within 100 miles) sort facilities for the last two days. I assume they'll show up tomorrow but their consistency has sure been crap lately.
