If you order on mon - wed you will for sure have it in 2 days with the fed ex 2 day shipping option. Since most fed ex locations do not deliver on saturdays, if you order on a thursday or a friday you wont have it until mon or tues. I have terrible luck where I live with USPS, but some people get theirs in 3 days or so with USPS. I will be sticking with fed ex because of how bad USPS is where I live. I ordered on a holiday weekend and did the 2day fed ex and got mine 5 days later which was awesome given the holiday.

i heard usps is crap lol........did you choose the fedex 2 dayflat rate shipping or the federal express 2dayshippin<<<< arent they the same thing

federal express 2 day..... probably the same. i placed another order today and ill have it wed. i dont do usps if i can help it. been screwed too many times.

I ordered Monday the 13th from Phoenix, used the fed ex 2 day shipping and got it 45 minutes ago at about 945 am. Very happy with shipping time.

I ordered mine on the 10th, and have yet to receive it.

The standard ship includes a track and confirm. On Monday (the 13th), I see a "Delivered" message on my website. I get so excited, I tell the boss that I'm ducking out early to get my new shipment. To my surprise, nothing's at my house (not in the mailbox, not in the bushes by the house, not by the garage, not by the door - wow feel like Dr. Seus), I figure the carrier forgot to deliver it, so wait till the next day...

Tuesday, I lodge a complaint with USPS (after normal mail deliver has come and gone without my package) that my package is missing - the Manager of the post office calls and leaves a message that I should call him. I return his call 30 minutes later, and he's gone for the day.

Wednesday, I call again, the Manager is on lunch, and I provide the tracking number to the rep. He indicates that a mistake was made and the carrier accidentally scanned as being delivered before actually going on her run. I confirm that means she's had it in her hands, and confirm that I have yet to receive it. He indicates he needs to investigate further and call me back. I get a message to call the Manager back that the carrier confirms they have delivered the package, and to confirm I have not received my package. 50 minutes later, I call and he's gone for the day, and the rep insists that the Manager has to call me back as he lefts notes, and assures me that will happen tomorrow.

Beyond my own excitement of receiving my very own Magma, I have been extolling the virtues of the Magma and eCigs in general since I ordered it to all the smokers around me. I am getting more and more people interested in the concept, and I haven't even begun vaping yet. I feel somewhat flustered and kinda dorky for saying "well I thought it was going to be here, but ....."

I will continue to update my saga, but I will tell you that I will no longer mind the upgrade fees for an alternate expedited carrier at this point.

Hi, just want to tell you what happened to me....I ordered items on a Wed. It was shipped the same day this is with reg shipping. Then realized i had forgotten an item so put in an order Thurs. it went out the same day but by Fedex... I had hope to get them about the same time/day.
Well I got the 1st shipment on Sat...the second order (fedex) arrived Tues afternoon. I had hopes to get the second one by Monday... I checked the tracking and it had arrived in distrubution at 7:39 am Monday...Hooray i'll have it by this afternoon....waited and waited afraid to leave house.... 7:00 pm roll in no package.....And to top injury on to the hurt the Fedex guy saw me with my head hanging out the window and he waves at me as he drives by Monday afternoon....LOL...so i will from now on follow the advice of previous postings hahaha! I ordered on Friday night (10 September 2010), it was shipped on Saturday 11 September 2010 . . . so I was hopeful. I sent it first class to North Carolina. According to the USPS website, first class should take between 2-3 days, 4 possibly from Alaska or Hawaii. That means, it should have been here today. I have been dying for this to come in, still nothing. According to the tracking system, it went from Hawaii, to Arizona, and now it's in Texas. Not sure how the rest of you all sum things up, but Houston TX is still more than a day away going by USPS standards, regardless of FC mail or not.

So needless to say, I am HIGHLY disappointed given the number of people that talked about how fast the shipping was. I guess they needed to specify that I should have paid an additional 20 bucks for priority or something, I dunno. I'm just not very happy right now.

I don't know what USPS is doing with your package but it should have been there by now. It only takes me 3 days to get my stuff USPSed to Michigan. The USPS is really bad about scanning the packages. I am almost sure that it is sitting at your local post office and will be showing up tomorrow. But if was shipped once it leaves our hands it is all up the the carrier to get it to you. So somewhere USPS has messed something up, they have been know to miss direct things to the wrong city and/or state adding more time to the shipping process. I am sorry to hear of your problems. I really hope things show up soon for you.

Yeah, I can usually count 3 days from the time it passes through Honolulu (though there have been packages that weren't scanned in Honolulu...)...even those arrived 3 days after they shipped. One package said delivered when it wasn't (there was a dog out and the postal worker didn't drop it off...note on the envelope when it arrived the next mail day). I know some people have issues with the post office...they misdirected one package one day also...but I've always gotten them in a reasonable amount of time...and I can count Saturdays when I use USPS whereas people say FedEx doesn't count Saturdays...
