How to transfer/acquire points for store made purchases

Hello everyone. , I recently signed up online and found out about the reward points after I have made in store purchases. Am a regular vapor and visit the Honolulu store at least once a week. My purchases include the Magma kit, with various liquids, extra atomizer and other vaping gadgets ( got the inferno this past week , yeii). My total expenditure so far is about $200, I have been trying to inquire with customer service about getting points attached to my online account for future purchases, but I havent had much luck so far. Any comments? Ideas? Suggestions? Thank u!

Since you make your purchases in the store instead of online you would need to contact the store Manager about obtaining points for your purchase. I do not believe they do points for in store purchases anymore, but it would be best to contact the store Manager for the appropriate details details on that.
