yes Dok, I posted a link for a arcticle from the Chicago Tribune, and it says there is a big loop hole, that they can not stop people from ordering them on line. The law just bans the sale of them in brick and motor stores.
Not until they are federally regulated would they be able to control internet sales. Like they do with cigarettes. In Michigan it is illegal to buy smokes from other states over the net due to the taxes and what not. Once the government gets their hands on ecigs and lay down some taxes on them will they be able to ban internet sales to certain places.

I did read that article, and while it gives me hope, I have not read what Volcano's (or anybody else's) official standpoint on the issue is. It would be completely understandable if Volcano et al. were to suspend sales to Illinois if the bill gets passed just to err on the side of caution. I don't know if you read much else about Illinois but we have some of the most corrupt and overzealous "public servants" around. Really classy folks. Point is, I'd like to be as self-sufficient as possible in case of the FDA deeming them to be "drug delivery devices" or some such hogwash on either a state or federal level. Same reason I'm reasonably well stocked on brass, lead and primers. Dropping the nicotine from the juice makes it that much easier to produce, and that much cheaper to boot. Besides that, I've got the physical grace of Michael J. Fox and me handling a syringe full of nicotine is a recipe for disaster.
