Inferno battery and Tube Tanks

I just got my Tube Tanks in, primed and working good on 650 mAH battery. Problem is that 650 mAH battery went dead so changed to my 1000 mAH battery. Nether of the 2 tube tanks will work on 1000 mAH battery. Are the tube tanks made only for the 650 mAH battery? Help Please!

the tube tanks should work on all inferno batteries.
