Interesting Dilemma

So, last week there was an order oopsy from Volcano. I had two orders in and one got shipped twice, while the other not at all. They shipped out the missing order and said they would include a pre-paid envelope to return the duplicate. When I received that order, there was no envelope. I immediately responded to the ticket (on Monday) saying there was no envelope for the return. I asked if they wanted me to use a collect account number or if they just wanted to bill me for the duplicate shipment and I would keep it for backup. So far, I haven't received a response. The ticket is still showing open with the RMA department. I'm wondering if there is anything I should do, if I should leave all the packaging sealed, if I'll be returning or keeping, etc etc.
Any insight would be appreciated!

the RMA department does not respond to tickets. no one is going to read whatever it is you said in that ticket. open a new support ticket to sort everything out

Yea sorry about that. That info is included in the last response from CS before it is transferred to RMA, but many people miss it.
