If you remember how many points you had, I'd suggest contacting CS, either by phone or by email.

yeah at some point from what i understand the system was overhauled, but i think you can get them back by emailing.

In the beginning of June i think they tried to migrate to a different server that went way wrong and the points got messed up. You should have a list of your orders in your profile. If you didn't use any add the order numbers that you got points on and send an email from your email you used to register to points@volcanoecigs.com and they will get you hooked back up

From my understanding, points don't "expire" but may have been "misplaced" when they were working on the points and server migrations...as everyone has said, by contacting them at points@volcanoecigs.com, you can get that taken care of.

New to vaping. Actually just ordered and it should be here tomorrow. From a small town between Tallahassee Florida and Jacksonville Florida. 23 years old. Trying to find a better solution to ciggerates!

hey everyone!! I am the FIREWALKER LOL
i thought the name suited the forum
im fairly new to ecigs but i have gained alot of knowledge about them and will strive to get a correct answer to any question asked
other than that i hope to have som good convo's on this forum
look forward to meetin ya

Best advice I can give you and anyone else lurking, get involved on the forums. The vets here have a wealth of information for you. Oh, and trust them, I can't tell you how many times I've ignored their advice and regretted it later. (Manual batteries for instance, GOD I love them now)
