Just ordered my first ecig! :]

So my aunt got an e-cig from Blu and hers got there in a timely manner, so i went ahead and ordered one on christmas day. knowing it would be a bit behind cause of the holidays i waited patiently. UNTIL customer service would change the date every single day. so today i cancelled my order with them and ordered the start kit deluxe from here! and im so excited. Im leaving Wednesday night for Florida and wont be back until Sunday so im hoping by some strange stroke of luck it will be hereTuesday. but with the hassle i went through with blu im not going to get too excited but i know it will be here soon!

Hello and welcome to the Volcano family, I looked at your order, unfortunately your order was placed after the last pick up time today so it wont head out till the morning now. So by the looks of it it wont be there till Thursday. 2 day Fed Ex kinda runs 3 days because of the time difference that HI is from the rest of us. But there are those lucky days that it does make it in 2 days, Just kinda depends on the amount of packages FedEx is handling that day.

If you ordered it today and used 2 day FedEx, it's most likely that it will be shipped tomorrow and arrive on Thursday, unless you ordered it fairly early today, in which case there's a better than even chance it also shipped today, and if it did, you should receive it on Wednesday as hoped for.
Either way, you should receive an email notification when it does ship, and you also have the option of logging into your store account to see what the progress on it is.

yeah chances are, it wont be here until Thursday and ill have to wait until Sunday when i get back in VA to open it. but oh well its a lot shorter time to wait then i would have with blu. so either way im happy. and i didnt realize that you could order different batteries with diff color led lights! they should make a pink one :]

I noticed! i was so upset with blu yesterday i was just randomly searching and came across this site and saw all the different options that not many other companies offer. they even have disposable! i might buy some of those to give to my friends and family to try out and see if they like them to hopefully get them to switch too!

i keep religiously checking my email to see if it has shipped haha im a little too excited.

You have to remember HI is a bit behind in time for the rest of us, it is just barely 9am there right now. So they just got in a little bit ago. They will get it out today though.

I know the waiting game is no fun, and many people start stalking the fedex guy the moment they hit order.

heh...give it time - you never know what the good folks at Volcano will come up with next...
The thing is, Volcano actually listens to customers' suggestions and requests, and as a result, Blue and Pink Infernos are now available. The same holds true with a lot of new products as of late:
We wanted Cisco LR attys, we got them.
We wanted clear cartos, we got them.
We wanted new Inferno colors, we got them.
We wanted different color batt LEDs, we got them, and so on, and so forth - mega cartos, colored Drip Tips, the return of the Stainless Steel Drip Tip, etc., etc....
In short, it's a fantastic company that is all about their customers and keeping them happy, and in today's marketplaces, that's a rare and precious find, indeed!
