There have been some issues with the Fed Ex system not updating but I'd just drop a ticket in with customer service to follow up if you haven't received a shipping notice from Volcano...

Actually, the one I ordered through FedEx showed up when it was supposed to. (I got it shipped to my home address to avoid the hassles of USPS)

The one that hasn't shipped out for 3 days is through USPS, as I had to get it delivered to my APO address because I'm in a combat zone.
