Kudos to the Shipping Department

I'm sure the shipping department knows how OCD we all are about checking the status of our shipments once we have a tracking number well...

I placed an order after chat Wednesday night - and thanks to the speedy shipping department that package is on the truck for delivery TODAY (Friday)

Um, what? Dude, the Chinese New year only affects CHINA. If the products are already out of China, new years doesn't have any effect. Now, stuff coming from China will be delayed, like the cartomizers.

Your stuff got delayed in the US postal system, not the PRC Postal system.

Just a quick question. My tracking info for my order states that it was Processed through sort facility Feb 8th Honolulu, Electronic Shipping info Received Feb 9th, Processed Through sort facility Feb 9th Honolulu... Is it normal for the order to be processed 2 times through the same sort facility? I definately learned an important lesson here.. FED EX and FED EX ONLY! I am just wandering if something is screwed up here. I have been hearing horror stories about orders missing and people not getting their shipments. Call me paranoid but I didnt notice it was processed through the same sort facility on my first order with volcano when I got my Inferno(t) kit last week. Another Important lesson learned, ALWAYSE ORDER ENOUGH LIQUID TO LAST YOU INCASE OF MISTAKES WITH SHIPPING>.. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Well, my only concern was the fact that on my first order with volcano last week, everything seemed normal. My Inferno T kit was Processed Through Sort facility in Honolulu feb 3rd, Electronic Shipping info Received Feb 4th, Processed Through Sort facility in Wichita Ks feb 6th. Then It arrived the next day as expected. The thing that gets me about my last order is that it was processed through the SAME sort facility in Honlulu two times. The process of things seems a bit out of wack for lack of better words. I am aware that USPS is slow(worthless) to update but It just doesnt make any sense that it was processed in the Honolulu sort facility 2 times. I was just inquiring if it is normal for it to be processed through the same sort facility twice. Thanks for any help!!

That is strange...I've used USPS for a lot of my orders but never had it pass through HI twice...maybe it somehow didn't go out the first time and then wound up going through the system twice...see if it shows up 3-4 days after that 2nd date...

Thanks for all the help. Im not sweating it too much, USPS told me it will probably be delivered the 14th... lmao.. "probably" is their favorite word I think. Im just going to FedEx my orders from now on. its worth the extra few buck to get it when it should be there (weather permitting). I have never had any trouble with them getting shipments from other companies. USPS just seems to consistantly cause me frusteration not to mention customer service is focused on getting you off the phone promptly with very little effort to help you. Thanks again for the feedback.
