I ordered Thursday night.. And had 2 emails..one within minutes.. Then I went to sleep and when I awoke I already had the second.. I don't even bother reading them.. Because it's always been like clockwork.. I'd lay money it will arrive Monday before 11 am Texas time..the shipping department.. And customer service in here.. AB And Shadow Always Deserve Praise.. It's a full time job for those two and sometimes a thankless job.. Well thank you to shipping deptmant an AB and Shadow:) Peace

How do you get emails...They never email me

I get an order confirmation e- mail ..and a shipping confirmation e-mail.. It's automated.. Ya might ask AB about that one.. Could be going to your junk email or spam or could be a setting thing I don't know:)) Peace

My email inbox doesn't have a spam folder, it just shows up as [SPAM]thenthesubject...

normally if you don't get your emails and they are either not in your spam/junk folder, then your email provider might have automated emails from cs@volcanoecigs.com black listed, meaning that it never makes it past their server gates to make it to you. They just kill it. You can contact them and request that the email be added t your white list.

We thought we had fixed this issue about 2 weeks back. Have you placed an order from us since then? Have you been getting our automated responses from the CS ticket system? If so they it should start getting them now.

Had a small order so I ordered Wednesday after the chat and had it shipped 1st class. Got my shipping confirmation just minutes after placing my order and normally, I would only ship via FedEx but with such a small order, I didn't think it was worth the cost. I was relieved and surprised when I received my order in my mailbox on Saturday. Good job!
