I"m envious!

I ordered some Kona juice Wednesday morning, USPS priority and it didn't go out until Thursday night so I won't have it 'til Monday. I'm jonesing for the Kona! I may not make it 'til Monday! :crazy:

There's a reason I use USPS 1st Class Parcel Post whenever possible - 1st Class has a 2-5 day delivery time, while Priority Mail has a 3-5 day delivery time, and they will make you wait for it. Here's the shipping record for my order:
Detailed Results:

* Delivered, April 16, 2011, 12:09 pm, LYNNWOOD, WA 98036
* Out for Delivery, April 16, 2011, 9:31 am, LYNNWOOD, WA 98036
* Sorting Complete, April 16, 2011, 9:21 am, LYNNWOOD, WA 98036
* Arrival at Post Office, April 16, 2011, 5:19 am, LYNNWOOD, WA 98036
* Processed through Sort Facility, April 15, 2011, 7:52 pm, FEDERAL WAY, WA 98003
* Electronic Shipping Info Received, April 14, 2011
* Processed through Sort Facility, April 13, 2011, 8:35 pm, HONOLULU, HI 96820

WTG, USPS! :thumbup:

Actually, priority is 2-3 day. This time, its not USPS's fault. It'll be here in 3 business days -- it just didn't get sent out until 7 PM Thursday.

I'll obviously live... barely! My addiction to Kona is severe... :P But I do often wonder about the rhyme and reason of shipping, why something ordered at 2 PM Wednesday didn't ship until 7PM Thursday while something ordered at 8PM Wednesday shipped Wednesday. It confuses me greatly. :crazy:

According to the USPS, 2-3 day is considered the average delivery time for Priority Mail - PayPal shipping, which I use for eBay and other packages I ship, specifies 2-5 day and 3-5 day averages respectively as I mentioned above, but like I said, depending on where you live, YMMV. :)
Thanks for the clarification! :thumbup:
